Grilled Pork Loin Chops with Balsamic Marinade

If you're craving juicy, savory pork chops with a hint of sweetness and spice, this easy marinade featuring Aged Balsamic Vinegar, Roasted Garlic Oil, and our signature Oh! so Garlic! Seasoning delivers incredible flavor. Whether you're grilling for a family dinner or hosting a backyard BBQ, this recipe will be your go-to for effortless flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 6 boneless pork loin chops
  • ¼ cup Aged Balsamic Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Roasted Garlic Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Oh! so Garlic! Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions:

1. Marinate the Pork

Place the pork loin chops into a sealable plastic bag or shallow dish. In a bowl, mix the Aged Balsamic Vinegar, Roasted Garlic Oil, Oh! so Garlic! Seasoning, honey, salt, and pepper. Pour over the pork, seal, and refrigerate for at least one hour—longer for deeper flavor.

2. Grill to Perfection

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the pork from the marinade (discard used marinade) and grill over hot coals for about 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely caramelized. Monitor closely to avoid burning due to the honey content.

Pro Tips:

  • Let pork rest for 5 minutes after grilling to lock in juices.
  • This marinade also works beautifully with boneless chicken breasts or thighs.
  • Try swapping in other infused oils like Chili Chipotle Oil or Herbes de Provence Oil for a flavor twist.

Why We Love This Recipe:

The combination of Aged Balsamic Vinegar and Roasted Garlic Oil creates a sweet and savory balance that elevates any meat. Paired with the zesty flavor of Oh! so Garlic! Seasoning, your pork chops come out juicy, flavorful, and totally grill-worthy.
