Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Lesley Elizabeth Oh! So Garlic! Seasoning
  • 8 slices Italian bread, ¼-inch thick
  • 4 plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped

  • 2 teaspoons Lesley Elizabeth Aged Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with Oh! So Garlic! Seasoning. Brush both sides of bread slices with this flavorful garlic butter mixture.
  2. Grill the bread slices on an outdoor grill or bake in a 350ºF oven, flipping often, until golden and crisp. Break the grilled bread into bite-sized pieces once cool.
  3. In a large serving bowl, combine chopped plum tomatoes, Tomato & Basil Oil, chopped basil, and Aged Balsamic Vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Just before serving, toss in the crunchy bread pieces. For softer, juicier croutons, add the bread 10–15 minutes before serving to soak up all the delicious dressing.
