These easy and cheesy Pizza Roll-Ups are a fun twist on classic pizza. Made with refrigerated crescent dough, marinara, mozzarella, and Lesley Elizabeth Traditional Italian Seasoning, they’re a quick and flavorful snack, lunch, or party appetizer the whole family will love.
Ingredients:
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- ½ cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup sliced pepperoni (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Lesley Elizabeth Traditional Italian Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Optional: extra sauce for dipping
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Spread a small amount of marinara onto each triangle, leaving edges clean.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella, a few pepperoni slices if using, and a pinch of Traditional Italian Seasoning.
- Roll each triangle up from the wide end to the point to form a crescent.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Place on the baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve warm with extra marinara for dipping.
