Deep Dish Spinach Pie with Lesley Elizabeth Sweet Bell Pepper Seasoning

This hearty Deep Dish Spinach Pie is packed with leafy greens, creamy cheese, and the bold flavor of Lesley Elizabeth Sweet Bell Pepper Seasoning. Perfect for brunch, lunch, or a satisfying vegetarian dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made deep dish pie crust
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Sweet Bell Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • ¾ cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion with Sweet Bell Pepper Seasoning until softened.
  3. In a bowl, combine cooked onion, spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and eggs. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon the filling into the pie crust, smoothing the top evenly.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and the crust is golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
