Crispy Herb Parmesan Pita Chips with Traditional Italian Seasoning

These Herb Parmesan Pita Chips are a crispy, savory snack you can whip up in minutes. Brushed with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkled with our bold Traditional Italian Seasoning and shredded Parmesan cheese, they’re perfect for pairing with dips, spreads, or enjoying all on their own.

Ingredients:

  • 4 pita breads, cut into triangles
  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lesley Elizabeth Traditional Italian Seasoning
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place pita triangles on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil and Traditional Italian Seasoning.
  4. Brush the mixture over the pita triangles evenly.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and a light dash of salt.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Watch closely to prevent burning.
  7. Let cool completely before storing or serving.
