This versatile, flavor-packed recipe is perfect for crackers, sandwiches, or your next party platter. Made with just three simple ingredients and your favorite Lesley Elizabeth seasoning blend, it can be served as a thick, creamy spread—or shaped into a cheese ball for a festive appetizer. It's quick to make, easy to customize, and guaranteed to impress.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened to room temperature

  • ¼ cup milk or Greek yogurt

  • 2–3 tablespoons Lesley Elizabeth seasoning blend (add more to taste)

Optional Flavor Add-Ins:

  • Fresh herbs or chopped green onions

  • A handful of shredded cheese for extra richness

  • Crushed red pepper flakes for a kick

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and milk or Greek yogurt until smooth.

  2. Stir in seasoning blend and mix thoroughly. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

  3. For a spreadable texture, refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve chilled.
