Creamy Shrimp Pasta with Garlic Pepper and Sundried Tomato Oil

Ingredients:
- 3 cups farfalle pasta, uncooked
- ¼ cup Lesley Elizabeth Sundried Tomato Oil
- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Pepper Seasoning (or to taste)
- 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 2 cups grape tomatoes
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 8 fresh basil leaves, cut into strips
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook farfalle according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Sauté the Shrimp:
While the pasta cooks, heat 2 tablespoons of Sundried Tomato Oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes or until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp using a slotted spoon and cover to keep warm.

4. Combine & Serve:
Add drained pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Stir in shredded Parmesan and half of the basil. Top with cooked shrimp and sprinkle with remaining fresh basil. Serve warm and enjoy!
