Cream Sauce for Chicken or Fish

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons Guacamole Seasoning
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (or butter)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water (if needed to thin)

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, combine Guacamole Seasoning, cream, mayo, EVOO or butter, and lemon juice.
  2. Warm gently over low heat or microwave in short intervals until heated through. Stir until smooth.
  3. If the sauce is too thick, whisk in water a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Drizzle over grilled chicken, pan-seared fish, or roasted vegetables for an instant flavor boost.
