Dill Cucumber Salad with Salmon Grilling Rub

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cucumber, peeled & thinly sliced
  • 1 large tomato, sliced then quartered
  • 2 slices onion, sliced then quartered
  • 2 tablespoons Lesley Elizabeth Salmon Grilling Rub

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix Salmon Grilling Rub with sour cream until well combined.
  2. Add sliced cucumber, tomato, and onion to the bowl. Stir gently until vegetables are evenly coated in the creamy dill dressing.
