Dill Cucumber Salad with Salmon Grilling Rub

Ingredients:
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cucumber, peeled & thinly sliced
- 1 large tomato, sliced then quartered
- 2 slices onion, sliced then quartered
- 2 tablespoons Lesley Elizabeth Salmon Grilling Rub
Instructions:
