Crab Pasta Salad with No Salt Seasoning

Serves 4 to 6

Featuring: Lesley Elizabeth No Salt Seasoning

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh or imitation crabmeat
  • 1 lb sea shell or bowtie pasta (cooked and cooled)
  • 2 ribs celery, finely chopped
  • ½ cup red onion, minced
  • 1 sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 1 sweet yellow pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • 3 tbsp No Salt Seasoning
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 6 oz milk
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine crabmeat, cooked pasta, celery, red onion, peppers, and olives.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together No Salt Seasoning, mayonnaise, and milk until smooth.
  3. Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and gently stir until evenly coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste (optional) and refrigerate until ready to serve.
