Chicken Pesto Pizza with Sundried Tomato Seasoning and Basil Pesto

This delicious Chicken Pesto Pizza combines tender cooked chicken, rich basil pesto, and a sprinkle of Lesley Elizabeth Sundried Tomato Seasoning for a fresh and flavorful twist on classic pizza. It’s easy to prepare and perfect for weeknight dinners or casual entertaining.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • ½ cup Basil Garlic Pine Nut Pesto
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Lesley Elizabeth Sundried Tomato Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  2. Spread the pesto evenly over the dough.
  3. Top with cooked chicken and shredded mozzarella.
  4. Sprinkle the Sundried Tomato Seasoning evenly on top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
