Ingredients:
- 1 refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll sheet
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lesley Elizabeth Traditional Italian Seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Optional: marinara or garlic sauce for dipping
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Brush dough with olive oil and sprinkle with Traditional Italian Seasoning.
- Evenly spread mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log, starting from the long side. Pinch the seam to seal.
