Cheesy Pepperoni Roll with Italian Seasoning and Melted Mozzarella

This warm and cheesy Pepperoni Roll is everything you love about pizza, rolled into a golden, handheld bite. Perfect for game day, lunchboxes, or family movie night, it’s seasoned with flavorful Lesley Elizabeth Traditional Italian Seasoning and packed with gooey mozzarella and savory pepperoni.

Ingredients:

  • 1 refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll sheet
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lesley Elizabeth Traditional Italian Seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Optional: marinara or garlic sauce for dipping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Brush dough with olive oil and sprinkle with Traditional Italian Seasoning.
  4. Evenly spread mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices over the dough.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log, starting from the long side. Pinch the seam to seal.
  6. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Let cool slightly, then slice into rounds. Serve warm with marinara for dipping.
