ROAST BEEF & CUCUMBER SANDWICH Lemony Dill Seasoning
1 seedless cucumber, divided
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon Lemony Dill Seasoning
6 onion rolls
1 pound deli roast beef, thinly sliced
1. Peel and grate half of the cucumber. Place in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze to release liquid. Slice the other half of the cucumber thinly and set aside.
2. Combine cream cheese and Lemony Dill Seasoning until smooth. Stir in the grated cucumber.
3. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly on the onion rolls. Divide the roast beef and cucumber slices on the bottom half of the rolls and replace the top to make 6 sandwiches.
