HERBED FETTUCCINE Rosemary & Garlic Seasoning
1 pound Fettuccine cooked according to the directions on the package
4 tablespoons (½ stick) butter
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons Rosemary and Garlic Seasoning, or to taste
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 ½ cups water
⅓ cup grated parmesan
¼ cup breadcrumbs
1. In a medium sauce pan heat the oil and butter. Add the Rosemary and Garlic Seasoning, parsley and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from the heat and let cool for at least 3 minutes. Add cheese and the breadcrumbs; stir to incorporate.
2. Meanwhile cook the fettuccine according to the directions on the package. Drain and return to the cooking pot. Add the sauce and toss to coat the pasta. Serve at once.
