CRAB & RED PEPPER SPREAD Sweet Bell Pepper & Shallots Scallions & Leeks
2 tablespoons Shallots, Scallions and Leeks Seasoning, or more
2 tablespoons Sweet Bell Pepper Seasoning, or more
2 tablespoons water
6 ounces lump crabmeat, drained
1 tub (8 ounces) cream cheese
½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1. Place first 3 ingredients in a small bowl, mix well and let stand for 5 minutes.
2. Place crabmeat, cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and Dijon mustard in a medium bowl and stir until well blended. Once the water has been absorbed, stir in the seasoning mixture. Cover and chill for one hour, serve with crackers.
