CHICKEN PRIMAVERA Garden Vegetable Seasoning
6 – 8 servings
1 x 12 ounce package linguine
1 ½ pounds chicken tenders, cut into ¾” strips
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons Garden Vegetable Seasoning
1 cup frozen peas
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
1. Cook the linguine according to the directions on the package and drain, reserving ½ cup of the cooking liquid. Toss the linguine with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and set aside.
2. Pour the remaining oil into a large skillet and, over medium heat, cook the chicken pieces until lightly brown and done. Watch carefully, tossing to keep from sticking.
3. Add the Garden Vegetable Seasoning and the reserved cooking liquid. Add the peas, tossing until heated. When the pasta is ready, add it to the vegetable mixture combining well. Sprinkle with the grated Parmesan and serve.
