CHEESY CHICKEN DIP Garden Vegetable Seasoning
1 tablespoon butter
⅔ cup yellow onion, chopped
⅔ cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
2 tablespoons Garden Vegetable Seasoning, or to taste
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (10 ounces) Ro*Tel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, do not drain
Tortilla chips or assorted vegetables
1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add onion and pepper; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add chicken and Garden Vegetable Seasoning; stir to combine. Cook until chicken is heated, set aside.
2. In a medium size sauce pan; heat the Ro*Tel Tomatoes with the cream cheese over medium heat, stirring until cream cheese has melted. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well blended.
3. Add the chicken mixture to the cheese mixture; stir to combine. Serve with tortilla chips or assorted vegetables.
