BLACK BEAN DIP Black Bean Dip Seasoning
¼ cup cilantro
1-15 ounce can black beans
1-14.5 ounce can petite tomatoes
½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
1 teaspoon EVOO
2 tablespoons Black Bean Dip Seasoning
1. Drain, rinse and slightly mash black beans. In a medium saucepan, heat the beans, EVOO, diced tomatoes and Black Bean Dip Seasoning. When heated through stir in cheese.
2. Remove pan from heat and stir in lime juice and cilantro. Add salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
3. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
