BLACK BEAN AND CORN SALSA Black Bean Seasoning
2 – 15 ounce cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 – 11 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
1 – 15 ounce can petite diced tomatoes
4 tablespoons (½ cup) Black Bean Dip Seasoning
¼ cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes squeezed)
1 chopped avocado
Combine first 5 ingredients. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Just before serving, gently toss in avocado.
Serve with tortilla chips.
