DESCRIPTION Oregano is a great herb for all your Italian dishes. We added chopped shallots, a little white balsamic vinegar and a few other spices. This is a pantry staple.
HOW BEST TO USE Great as a dipping oil – just pour a little into a shallow dish and serve with fresh crusty bread. Toss with cooked pasta before serving. Add some to your stir fry, drizzle over slices of baguette and toast, top with chopped fresh tomato which you have seasoned with a little salt and chopped fresh oregano.
