DESCRIPTION The flavor of mesquite adds a great dimension to this oil. Great for use on the open grill – even better when there is no grill! We added herbs and sweet bell peppers and topped it all with a great blend of olive and canola oil.
HOW BEST TO USE Drizzle over vegetables before grilling or baking. Brush steaks, chicken or any meat before and during grilling. Use as a salad dressing by adding a little vinegar to pick up the flavor.
